Centre Management Office is located on the ground level opposite the public amenities. Before coming to the Centre Management office, please visit our friendly staff at the Customer Service Desk for all assistance.

For all Lost & Found items please go to the Customer Service Desk opposite Telstra.
Parents Room
Our Parents Room are well equipped with changing tables, feeding cubicles, microwaves and toilets for your convenience. These are located on ground level near Kmart and on lower level near Dick Smith Electronics.
Passport Photos
Both the Post Office (Upper level) and Kmart (Ground level) offer a passport photo service. A photo booth kiosk is also available on the lower level near the lifts.
Public Transport
Buses run from outside the Centre on Millers Road to the City, Williamstown, Footscray and Altona. Bus timetables are avaiable from the Customer Service Desk.
Toilets
Toilets are conveniently located around the Centre including access for the mobility impaired.
Taxis
Centre Management Office provides a free taxi call service. A taxi rank is located at the front of the Centre outside of the Coles supermarket.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available from the Centre Service Desk free of charge, with approved identification.
Smoking is not permitted in the Centre.
